But there is is just no way I can see this working. It doesn’t matter if that sauce is extra savory or extra sweet, it is just not going to pair well with ice cream like that.

I was thinking about whether or not this would be good as a sweet/savory combo. I think it would be better as brisket with ice cream. I think the pulled pork is already just too wet and this is going to make it like cold slop.
